Iris Teubel

Iris Teubel graduated in Pharmacy from the University of Barcelona in 2024. Previously, she completed studies as a laboratory technician (2014) and joined the Cytometry Service at the Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute. During her academic years and until her graduation, she held the position of research technician, participating in multiple projects and collaborating with institutions such as IGTP, IDIBELL, VHIR, and IDIBAPS. Throughout this period, she gained valuable experience in various research areas, including Cardiology, Solid Organ Transplantation, and Inflammatory Bowel Disease, in projects with a strong focus on Immunology.

With a solid decade of professional experience, in 2024, she joined IrsiCaixa to pursue her doctoral thesis under the supervision of Christian Brander and Marta Ruiz Riol, in the T-Cell Immunology and Vaccines (TIV) group.
