Ethics committee and communication channel

Responsible for overseeing the functioning and compliance of the IrsiCaixa's Criminal Risk Prevention and Control Model by adopting control, monitoring, and communication measures that adhere to the principles of speed, security, efficiency, and coordination, both in the transmission of information within the foundation and externally, that is., with third parties with whom it maintains a collaborative or service relationship.

The ethics committee is also the body responsible for the IrsiCaixa's internal information system and has delegated the authority for managing communications and processing files to the head of the Legal and Innovation Department, who will perform their duties independently of the foundation's governing bodies.
